I have been advised to contact you with regard to the lack of essential lecture equipment in venues on the Westville campus in which a number of my colleagues and I are scheduled to give lectures. The info is as follows:

J1: This venue has no Overhead Projector, and no Overhead screen installed.
J5: As of this morning, this venue has no desks, chairs, Overhead Projector or Overhead screen.
L16: This venue has no Overhead screen installed, and I was unable to check the availability / functioning of an Overhead Projector, as the projector box was locked.
T5: This venue needs a centralised, permanent Overhead screen - students complained this morning that they cannot see the existing screen, which is on the side.

My colleagues and I would be grateful if you could render assistance in this regard. Please would you be good enough to keep us posted as to the progress made in equipping these venues for lectures.
